Hi
My name is Denes,I am a Pv 544 owner from Hungary,I am 25 years old

My car is 11244e with Usa bumper on the back, I have no front bumper,sorry

The engine is only a B 18 A ,and my car is under reconstruction:)

Maybe in 1-2 years itt will be ready:)
This picture was taken ,when I found my car:)

The car was sold in Germany as a new car, I have the original German plate in the engine bay.
The upholstery is 47-238,
the chassis number is in the near of 400000.
Colour:79 pearlwhite
I want to be painted red:D
What was the chassis number of the original factory rally cars? A long ago I found a link,and there stand that they had in the near of 403000. Is that true?
Here in Hungary are nearly 12-13 Pv-s :D

I mean that Pv-s are the most beautyful Volvos :D

You are lucky people,you live there,where a lot of Volvos and parts are:)

I have some PV Entusiasten magazines too,Sweden is a good place :D

It is very difficult to buy parts here,parts such as head gasket you can buy at a normal shop,some body parts can be bought from Germany not for a small amount of money.
Thats why my chassis bulider produced the floor from a metal sheet:) Bild

You´re welcome to join the club "Svenska Volvo PV-klubben" but our clubmagazine is, of course in Swedish... You´ll find some usefull links to sparepartdealers on our website: www.pv-klubben.org
No problem to ship to hungary and the sparepartavailability has never been better (since the 60´s)

Yes theoretically,you can buy everything what you want,but nowadays it is more easy for the dealer to service a modern Volvo,and order parts for a modern Volvo, than for our PV-s :?
Personally I like old chrome on bumpers,old upholstery with patina,that is the evidence for the long fighting years on the roads :)
I like to search for old usable parts,to find something in a barn is one of the best thing:D
I believe there are a lot of barns in Sweden :D
Here in Hungary you can find Trabant,Wartburg and Lada in old barns :D
