Hej fran Lettiske Volvo museum!

Here is my 1968 Duett, B18 engine.

I plan to make renovation and some modernization:
* Back axle from 240
* Disc brakes
* Maybe stearing system from 240/740
* Engine B230
* Gearbox M47
* Induvidual interior(wood)
* Front seats 740
* Electric windows/mirors/ central lock
* Cruisecontrol
* NEW PAINT

I am starting to dismount in parts.

Today I disconected pedals

Also I removed the heating system, steering stem with slug and hood

And also I was started to unscrew body from chasy

Welcome, I see You have dismantled the body from the frame.
A very wise choice. Once it´s done, everything is so much easier.
You write You have plans on modification of the car, what are they?
Brakes? Engine? Is everything going to take place in the tent, or do You have
a warmer facility to work in to?

I have small garage 4,5mx4,5m, for small jobs.....
I plan to put in B230 engine + gearbox from 240, rear axle from 240, in front maybe (if posible), disc brakes.

You have a really big job to look forward to. There is a lot of work on that body !

It is possible to mount disc brakes from a Volvo Amazon (120-series) on a Duett with very small amounts of work, yes.
