Thank you and if it will be helpfull ,little extemporary sketch,I hope its readable.It may be done another method of course,this is my way :wink:

.I have used rod ends M8 becouse M10 are too big and lean on floor panel

hello again
I finished my PV at the end of august but just now i have some time to put some more in this conversation . In my opinion everything i have done is fine but i would like to hear your opinions. In fact it's a swedish car and that's why just here , on swedish forum i hope that i can count on your appraisal objective. Under my comment i added some pictures of the end of assembly and registered. So far my car have done 590km. I have to say i had the pleasure of driving this car especially when it's a brand new car... at least brand new. Now volvo is waiting till spring in the garage.

Which differentail is better....spicer or env??

Very nice work , try ask for the gearbox in "Köpes" (buy) here in the forum.
Do you have friends in Sweden ?
If u have its more easy if them can buy
things for U :-)

Spicer is the better one, try to get one with 4,10:1 gearing, if you not allredy have it.

I need help.
Why my PV has a very stiff suspension? Everything is done by new parts. Dampers MONROE are very soft. Just springs are old but they are seems ok. I was hoping the problem will be gone but still ,after 600km suspension bends about 1.5-2 cm max.
While driving it seems like the rear suspension dosn't work proprly. Front suspension works ok.
Few pictures of rear suspension.Maybe someone will tell what is wrong and will give me a hint
